Best of May and What's to Come | DIY Floral Paper Lantern and Summer Table Decor

I've really never been that much of an outdoorsy girl but I do love to eat, so the one thing that has always gotten me excited about camping out is the promise of S'mores! Amy of The Happy Scraps created a totally adorable S'mores Summer Get Together, complete with a phenomenal handmade backdrop, fabulous little signs {she even shared the printable}, and most importantly, some delicious sounding additions to the traditional s'more recipe. Seriously, my mouth was watering reading her post and I'm ready to have my friends over for our own S'mores party!

This is the second week in a row I've picked a project from Kim of The Sew Spot as one of my features, but I just couldn't help myself! Last week I showed you her indoor baseball bases to keep the kids entertained inside, and this week it's her simple to make flag football belts. Now I definitely have to get my sewing machine out this summer!

Kristi, of Making it in the Mountains, spent the last four weeks giving her outdoor space a complete makeover, and the result has me wishing that a vacation to Canada was in the cards for this year. I would love to be invited to dine here this summer...
